RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.RENTAL PERIOD: RENTER must contact BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC when specified rental
duration is complete per rental agreement to schedule pick-up. If RENTER does not contact
BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC, the rental duration will automatically be extended and charged
accordingly. While in rental period, no rental allowance will be made for weekends, holidays, or
any period the Equipment is not actually in use. BEECHWOOD RENTALS may terminate rental at
anytime by giving notice to RENTER and/or by retaking the Equipment.
2. Equipment will be delivered with full tank of fuel (Diesel). RENTER is responsible to return
equipment full or a $25.00 refueling charge will be added to the rental agreement in addition to
fuel cost.
3. OPERATORS: BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC, does not provide operators of equipment unless
otherwise indicated. RENTER shall be solely responsible for the operation of the Equipment, and
allow only licensed, trained, and experienced operators to operate the Equipment in accordance
with all Equipment specifications and customary safety practices. RENTER’S responsibility to
have operator certified and OSHA compliant with chosen EQUIPMENT RENTAL.
4. Platform provided for telescopic equipment is not OSHA approved for lifting personnel. It is
designed for lifting material and scrap only. RENTER’S responsibility to obtain an OSHA approved
platform if one is needed.
5. EXCESS USAGE CHARGE: Rental rates are for reasonable use of Equipment not exceeding 8
hours per day during rental period. Excess usage rates will apply and be charged 1 ½ times
normal rate for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts.
6. USE OF EQUIPMENT: The RENTER shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair. RENTER
shall be responsible for all damage of the Equipment not considered reasonable wear and tear.
Reasonable wear and tear shall mean the normal deterioration caused by ordinary and
reasonable use. NOT deemed reasonable wear and tear; tire damage; damage from lack of
lubrication or maintenance such as water; running out of fuel; air pressures; damage from
collision; overturning; improper operation including damage from over-loading or exceeding the
rated capacity of the Equipment. Equipment shall not be serviced or repaired or parts replaced
without BEECHWOOD RENTAL’s prior consent.
7. USE OF EQUIPMENT IN COLD WEATHER: RENTER shall add anti-gel fuel additive to all diesel
equipment below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. RENTER shall plug in engine block heater a hour
before use in cold temperatures.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW & SAFETY REGULATIONS: RENTER agrees at its sole expense to comply
with all laws and regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
and all other Federal, State and Local laws, regulations, and ordinances, which may affect the
Equipment, or the operation thereof, while it is in the possession of RENTER.
9. The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by
BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC in protection its rights under this rental agreement and for any
action taken BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC to collect any amounts due under this rental
agreement.
10. All Rentals are subject to sales tax unless tax exemption form is provided
11. NO WARRANTIES: BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC is not the manufacturer or an agent of the
manufacturer of the rented equipment. RENTER accepts Equipment on an “as is” basis, with “all
faults” and without any recourse whatsoever against BEECHWOOD RENTALS LLC. BEECHWOOD
RENTALS LLC makes no Warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, design,
construction, safety, or capacity of the rented equipment, or its fitness for a particular purpose.

12. COMMERCIAL INSURANCE: RENTER shall provide certificate of insurance with BEECHWOOD
RENTALS LLC being named on the policy along with Rented/Borrowed Equipment to cover full
value of equipment .
13. NON-COMMERCIAL INSURANCE: BEECHWOOD RENTAL LLC does not provide insurance
coverage. RENTER must provide separate General Liability & Automobile insurance policies with
coverage limits for bodily injury, including death, personal injury or property damage. RENTER
must provide evidence of equipment coverage in an amount to cover full replacement value of
the equipment rented.
