RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Equipment will be delivered with full tank of fuel (Diesel). RENTER is responsible to return equipment full or a $25.00 refueling charge will be added to the rental agreement in addition to fuel cost.
The RENTER shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear excepted.
The RENTER shall pay BEECHWOOD BUILDERS full compensation for replacement/or repair of any parts of the equipment that is damaged not due to normal wear and tear.
Equipment shall not be serviced or repaired or parts replaced without Beechwood Builder’s prior consent
RENTERS responsibility to be trained/certified and to be OSHA compliant with chosen EQUIPMENT RENTAL.
Platform provided for telescopic equipment is not OSHA approved for lifting personnel. It is designed for lifting material and scrap only. RENTERS responsibility to obtain an OSHA approved platform if one is needed.
The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by BEECHWOOD BUILDERS, LLC in protection its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken against BEECHWOOD BUILDERS, LLC to collect any amounts due under this rental agreement.
RENTER shall provide certificate of insurance including Rented/Borrowed Equipment on their policy to cover full value of equipment.
